The design of the 'Pay it Forward' program is to transfer wisdom from those who have earned significant professional success to those who are just starting out or are in the early years of their careers. Speakers are carefully selected from a network of volunteers and all sessions are hosted at no cost. Topics are chosen based on the current work challenges we all face. Over a dozen sessions have already been shared with more than 1,000 virtual attendees
